The Concept
Immersio is a mobile diving center based in
Banyuls-sur-Mer in the Pyrénées-Orientales (66).
We can move to most beaches and coves in the department. Being itinerant, dives will mainly be conducted from the shore.
Starting diving from the beach allows for a gentler and less intimidating approach to this discipline. There's no need to jump from a boat without being able to touch the bottom, nor fear seasickness. Departing from the beach allows for a gradual detachment from terrestrial landmarks and promotes relaxation, which is ideal for your try dive.
The Catalan coast offers various options to make the most of the Mediterranean coastline: along the rocky coast between Cerbère and Le Racou, you can find numerous pebble beaches and rocky coves that provide access to the water. The fauna and flora are rich and diverse, as evidenced by the Cerbère-Banyuls marine nature reserve.
The sandy coastline between Le Racou and Sainte-Marie-la-Mer, on the other hand, offers easy access to the sea, ideal for family days out and water activities. There's no need to plan in advance; today is a beach day, and everyone is happy, both the future divers and their companions.

Our services are private and customized.
The sessions are organized in half-days (approximately 4 hours).
Diving is a rather expensive sport, and my wish is to make it more accessible.
By starting from the shore and privatizing a diving instructor, you can divide the price of the services by the number of participants. Therefore, we are able to offer diving services at very attractive rates.
We offer a personalized service. We adapt to your desires as best as possible.
For this, you choose:
-The number of participants.
-The desired activity: discovery, initiation, treasure hunt, or training.
-The location: when you contact us, we can agree together on the best options for you, according to your expectations, the weather, and the chosen activity.
We are also able to respond to more specific requests such as:
-Coming aboard your boat or directly to your pool.
-Organizing afterworks, birthdays, or other events.
-Night diving, refresher courses...
